Patterson Enterprises’ experience is about more than years – it’s about what we have done throughout those years, both in scale and scope.
Patterson and its affiliates have completed over $2.5 Billion in contracts throughout our long history. We have completed projects large and small in a variety of sectors, including housing, education, medical, office, public safety, energy, transportation, and others. Civil Infrastructure
Patterson Enterprises works closely with its affiliate company Trent Lee Enterprises to complete civil and site construction on all of its own projects.
In addition to installing utilities and completing earthwork, roads, and other civil construction for over 2,500 homes in over 36 communities that Patterson has built, we have also completed a number of independent civil projects, some of which are listed below.
