Patterson Enterprises’ experience is about more than years – it’s about what we have done throughout those years, both in scale and scope.
Patterson and its affiliates have completed over $2.5 Billion in contracts throughout our long history. We have completed projects large and small in a variety of sectors, including housing, education, medical, office, public safety, energy, transportation, and others. Education
The Patterson family places great emphasis on education. The current generation of management was raised by a teacher and considers building schools a great honor.
In addition to our work building schools, we also support a 501c3 non-profit to support education in communities which face economic hardship. Contact us if you would like to support our mission to raise quality of life through education.
Champion Charter School
Champion Charter School is a 26 classroom charter school and the project included the complete infrastructure and all site related construction including grading, utilities, parking lot, etc. The total size for the classroom building, field house, and administration building was over 52,000 square feet under roof. The project had multiple levels and 2 elevators. Champion Charter School had a very aggressive schedule. It started in late April and was required to be complete for school to open the same year in August. Due to delays in the permitting process, Patterson had to complete the full construction of the project in about two months’ time.
